Action by the Agent:

1. Alerts in our system have identified activity in your membership account that conflicts with our Terms and Conditions.

2. Create a ticket, add details in private notes, and resolve the ticket.

Response to the Customer:

"Unfortunately, your account appears restricted as alerts in our system have identified activity in your membership account that conflicts with our Terms and Conditions. Hence, you were unable to use NeuCoins."

For FreshDesk Private Notes:

Situation: The customer complained about missing NeuCoins or less NeuCoins in the account. The customer is restricted in the CRM Tool and is not an HDFC Bank Credit Card holder.

Action: Informed the customer that alerts in our system have identified activity in your membership account that conflicts with our Terms and Conditions.

Outcome: The customer acknowledged the information provided and resolved the ticket.
