1. Inform the customer to check the details on the Tata Neu app and get back to us with the correct details.
Note: Please provide general information to the customer.
2. Create a temporary resolved ticket.
3. Follow the below steps to create a temporary resolved ticket:
a. Enter the Customer's registered mobile number.
b. Click on the New tab on the top of Customer 360 View. (Customer profile)
c. Click on New Ticket.
d. Add the details for creating the temporary ticket.
e. Click on Create.
*Please enter the customer email ID in contact.
Tagging:
Tagging will be as per the customer's query
Resolution: Information/Action denied - IDV Failure
