Can I modify the pickup address of my cultsport order after placing a return request?

Yes, you can modify your pickup address for the order placed with cultsport. Follow the steps to proceed:

1. Check the status of your pickup.

2A: If it is 'return approved', you can cancel the pickup via app by following the steps listed below.

2B: If it is 'out for pickup'/'pickup failed', you would need to write to customerservice@tataneu.com with your correct pickup address.

We would have the same updated to ensure a successful pickup.

How to modify pickup address via the Tata Neu app:

1. Log into the app

2. Select the icon on the top right corner

3. Click on "Orders"

4. Click on "Fitness"

5. Tap the order for which you have placed a return or exchange request

6. Click on 'Modify address' on the tile of the item(s)

7. Enter your updated pickup address and submit
