What if I can't exchange my product because my preferred size is not available?

It's unfortunate if you attempted to exchange your cultsport product (due to poor fit) and found your preferred size out of stock. As such, we can't guarantee (or give a timeline) whether the size you'd like will be back in stock before the 30-day return/exchange window expires. In this situation, you may choose one of the following options:  

1. You can return the product if you don't want to wait for your preferred size to come back in stock. We would love it if you could then browse our catalogue for products similar to the one you've purchased and give us another chance to serve you. 

2. If you like the product and don't mind waiting for your size to be restocked, we recommend keeping a manual tab on our app. Unfortunately, we do not have the option to notify you when sizes restock.

NOTE: We recommend that you opt to return your cultsport product if your return window (30 days post order delivery) is close to expiring.
