How do I return or exchange my cultsport product?

Here's how you can return or exchange a cultsport product:   

Remember, you can only return or exchange your order within 30 days from the date of purchase.  

1. Log in to the Tata Neu app 

2. Go to 'My orders' 

3. Tap the cultsport order which you wish to exchange or return  

4. Click on the 'exchange/return' button  

5. Scroll down to 'what do you prefer?' to find replacement or return   

6A: If you wish to exchange, click on 'replacement', select the appropriate 'reason to replace' and submit  

6B: If you wish to return, click on 'return', select the appropriate 'reason to return' and submit     

Tips:  

1. If you want a different size, click on 'replacement'  

2. If you want a different product/colour, click on 'return' (you would need to purchase your preferred product in your preferred colour separately)
