Our delivery executive makes three attempts to pick up the item. Attempts to pick up your product could fail if the executive fails to contact you or locate your address. The pickup request itself will be marked as 'failed' if the item is not picked up on the third attempt. In such a case, the order status is immediately set to 'delivered'. Once this is done, you may initiate a new return or exchange request within 30 days of order delivery.
