How do I cancel my cultsport order?

If you absolutely need to, here's how you can cancel your cultsport order:   

If your cultsport order is in 'Order confirmed'/'ready' state, you can cancel your order from the app.

If your order is in a packed state, or 'ready' status you will not be able to cancel it from the app.

If your order is 'out for delivery', you will have to reject the order when our delivery executive reaches out to you. 

How to cancel your order from the app: 

1. Log in to the Tata Neu app 

2. Go to 'My orders'  

3. Click on 'Fitness'  

4. Tap the order you wish to cancel 

5. It will open up an 'order details' page with the items you've ordered listed on it   

6. Click on the 'cancel' button on the tiles of the item(s) you wish to cancel.
