In case of cash on delivery, no amount will be refunded as you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via credit/debit card, netbanking, or wallet, the refund will be initiated instantly. You will receive the refund into the source account within a maximum of 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
To know how vouchers and fitcash can be refunded in case of a cancellation, read below:
1. Vouchers: Any voucher used during purchase will be reactivated on your account, until it expires. However, in case of orders with more than 1 item, the voucher will be reactivated in full only once all the items in the order have been cancelled.
2. Fitcash: Once your fitcash payment is refunded to any other payment method you used for the transaction, reversal of the cancellation will take place.
