My payment for cultpass failed, but the amount got debited from my account. What should I do now?

Don't worry. The amount will be refunded to your original source account within 7 days. If, however, you haven't received the amount after 7 days, please reach out to us at customercare@tataneu.com or alternatively login to the Tata Neu app and go to the 'Menu' section and click 'Help'.
