When you're on a monthly subscription, your card gets charged automatically on the billing date every month until you choose to cancel your subscription. Auto-renewal is currently available only on debit/credit card payments. If your auto-renewal fails for any reason, you can manually renew your subscription at the monthly price within 3 days of the pack end date. After these 3 days, you will not be able to renew your subscription at the monthly price. You will have to purchase a new subscription and repay the full first month's price.
If you want to change your mode of payment you can cancel and manually renew your subscription with the new payment mode. Please connect with us and we will refund any extra amount paid by you.
