How can I change the start date of my cultpass?

You can change your pack's start date only if you have already bought a cultpass and haven't started using it i.e, haven't attended or missed a booked class. If you have any upcoming classes you will have to cancel them to change the start date. In case you have paused your cultpass, please resume it to change the start date. You can begin your membership earlier or later, but the new start date cannot be more than 30 days from the originally selected start date. It can be changed up to 2 times. 

Here's how you can change your cultpass start date:  

1. Login to the Tata Neu app 

2. Click on 'Fitness' 

3. Click on 'cult.fit' 

4. Select your profile 

5. Select 'Active packs/subscriptions' 

6. Select the pack for which you need to change the start date  

7. Tap on the three dots - find the option 'Change start date' (just below 'Report an issue')  

8. Click on the 'Select start date' and select your preferred start date from the dropdown menu

9. Click on 'Confirm'

10. Hit 'Submit'

Please note: You can change your start date only twice.
