The answer is yes. To send money to any of your accounts, simply:
1. Tap "Pay to Self" in Vault
2. Choose the account to be credited from the list of accounts you have added
3. Enter the amount you want to transfer
4. Choose the bank account you want to transfer money from. Of course, this has to be different from the account you want to send money to.
5. Enter your UPI PIN
Lo and behold, your transfer is done. You will receive a message confirming it
